Octopus Resin Art Template

One time use, Octopus resin art template.  Ideal to make an underwater scene on a large canvas or a stand alone octopus using the optional octopus shaped panel.

These 3D printed parts sit flat against a panel or canvas allowing the artist to stick them in place using a thin coat of resin.   The artist can then pour colored resin into the different areas creating beautiful personalized artwork of an octopus.

It is intended that the pattern remain a permanent part of the finished piece combining your favorite method with the crisp lines and geometry of the 3D printed part.  

The template is around 13 inches wide x 10 inches tall and is 1/16" thick giving plenty of depth for your pour.  Please note sizes are approximate as there is some shrinkage when the part is removed from the printer.   It is produced from metallic copper colored PLA.  

The optional panel is designed to perfectly fit the template.  It is laser cut from 3mm fully transparent acrylic and comes with a press fit stand.

We try to make the pattern as robust as possible by using high quality PLA material and through careful design.  However, please note that it has to be a thin walled part to leave some space for you to add color and therefore may be damaged if not handled carefully.
