Shipping policy

Please note we are currently able to ship templates to the United Kingdom (Except Northern Ireland), the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow for processing times in addition to delivery times when making your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Rates – United Kingdom

We have flat rate shipping for all UK domestic orders of £3.99 no matter how many items are purchased (templates, jewellery blanks, release film, art panels and glitter).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. 

United States

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches the United States. Pour Away Fluid Arts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.

Orders of templates, art panels, jewelry blanks, release film and glitter to the United States have flat rate shipping of $10.00 USD.

Orders of Original Artworks to the United States will have a flat shipping rate of $25.00 USD.

All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked.  Delivery should take 6-7 business days.   Timing to clear customs is additional and may vary dependant on the time of year and the port of entry and other factors that are not within our control.

Canada

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches Canada. Pour Away Fluid Arts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.

Orders of templates, art panels, jewelry blanks, release film and glitter to Canada will be charged a flat shipping rate of $15.00 CAD.

Orders of original artworks will have a flat shipping rate of $30.00 CAD.

All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked.  Delivery should take 6-7 business days.  Timing to clear customs is additional and may vary dependant on the time of year and the port of entry and other factors that are not within our control

Australia

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches Australia. Pour Away Fluid Arts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.

Orders of templates, art panels, jewelry blanks, release film and glitter to Australia have a flat shipping rate of $22.00 AUD

Orders of original artworks will have a flat shipping rate of $40.00 AUD.

New Zealand

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches New Zealand. Pour Away Fluid Arts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.

Orders of templates, art panels, jewelry blanks, release film and glitter to New Zealand have a flat shipping rate of $25.00 NZD

Orders of original artworks will have a flat shipping rate of $40.00 NZD.

Delayed and Lost orders

If your order has not arrived within these times, please contact us at support@pourawayfluidarts.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please ensure the address provided at checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If, after you have received your shipping notification email, your order does not arrive within the expected delivery times listed above, please contact us at support@pourawayfluidarts.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order is faulty or arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at refunds@pourawayfluidarts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
