One time use Hummingbird pattern for use in either resin art or acrylic pour painting.
This 3D printed part sits flat against the canvas or panel allowing the artist to stick it in place using a thin coat of resin. The artist can then pour paint or resin into the different areas creating beautiful personalized intricate geometric patterns.
This pattern is very versatile but was originally intended to be used for resin window art on an plexiglass panel or mirror art.
It is intended that the pattern remain a permanent part of the finished piece combining your favorite method with the crisp lines and symmetry of the 3D printed part.
The pattern is 12 inches square and 1/16" thick giving plenty of depth for your pour. Please note sizes are approximate as there is some shrinkage when the part is removed from the printer. It is produced from metallic copper PLA.
We try to make the template as robust as possible by using high quality PLA+ material and through careful design. However, please note that it has to be a thin walled part to leave space for you to add color and therefore may be damaged if not handled carefully.
Please Note - Price is for the 3D printed parts only. Canvases, boards, resin and paint etc not supplied
For an example of the patterns being used please watch the embedded video or visit our YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/@PourAwayFluidArts/videos.
Beautiful, as described. Cant woat to create a suncather with resin. Quick delivery.
I received the template. The corner was bent, and it would not unbend. I still use the product, but it still looks a little wonky wobbly.

Haven't started them yet but I'm excited, thank you
I had a lot of fun working on this patter. I did a resin pour and used a Clear Vinyl Transfer Tape Roll (12" wide) with Alignment Grid and although the pattern did stick to it, I noticed it also separated in parts even though I pressed it on using a large wooden popsicle stick. I am not sure what others use so to keep the item clear. I will have to try buying one of the panels that are available on this site. I also got very ambitious and poured resin into the entire pattern. I think it turned out pretty nice.
