Workflow 2 outline - Please read before getting in touch.
Step 1 – Customer can get in touch via chat or email and share your design (free). Note - only written communications are accepted for record keeping purposes.
Step 2 – Pour Away Fluid Arts will provide feedback (free) on feasibility and any areas of concern (design, manufacture, copyright etc), panel suggestions, timing, and any additional charges etc.
Step 3 – Customer purchases the Custom workflow 2 product (non refundable), the custom template product (multiple copies if you need more than 1) and any panels, other templates etc.
Step 4 – Pour Away Fluid Arts will generate a 2D design and share it with the customer for feedback.
Step 5 – One design adjustment is included (free). Any additional changes / modification requests will incur additional charges.
Step 6– Pour Away Fluid Arts will 3D model the template and share an image of the model for approval. We will highlight any areas of concern (small cells, feature loss etc)
Step 7 – One model update is included (free). Any additional rework / modification requests will incur additional charges.
Step 8 – Pour Away Fluid Arts will print your template and perform quality assurance checks, reprinting where adjustments are required.
Step 9 – You will receive a final photo of the finished printed template for approval. No additional changes are permitted at this stage – this step is a pre shipping confirmation only.
Step 10 – Pour Away Fluid Arts will pack and ship your entire order.
General template / design specs:
Max. template size we can print and ship is 12x12 inches. For larger designs the template will have to be made in 2 (or more) pieces and will incur additional charges.
Material will be copper silk pla.
Wall thickness will be 0.8mm, depth will be 2mm. Deeper templates can be requested, but (for example) a 4mm template will take 2x material and 2x print time and will incur an additional charge.
Panels are available as an optional extra.
Shipping is additional. Cost will be added at checkout. All orders ship from Scotland – allow for shipping time in your process.
