One time use Butterfly and leaves bundle (3x butterflies and one leaves pattern) for use in either resin art or acrylic pour painting.
These 3D printed parts sit flat against the canvas allowing the artist to stick them in place using either a thin coat of resin (recommended) or a layer of paint. The artist can then pour paint or resin into the different areas creating beautiful personalized intricate geometric patterns.
This bundle consists of the following
1. One butterfly A pattern
2. One butterfly B pattern
3. One butterfly C pattern
4. One flowers and leaves pattern
These patterns are very versatile but were originally intended to be used for window art.
It is intended that the pattern remain a permanent part of the finished piece combining your favorite method with the crisp lines and symmetry of the 3D printed parts.
The patterns are 1/16" thick giving plenty of depth for your pour. Please note sizes are approximate as there is some shrinkage when the part is removed from the printer. It is produced from metallic copper PLA.
We try to make the patterns as robust as possible by using high quality PLA material and through careful design. However, please note that it has to be a thin walled part to leave space for you to add color and therefore may be damaged if not handled carefully.
Please Note - Price is for the 3D printed parts only. Canvases, boards, resin and paint etc not supplied
For an example of the patterns being used please watch the embedded video or visit our YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/@PourAwayFluidArts/videos.
I love these templates. I am new to resin, and I did mess up the first couple of templates I bought. But I learned that if you seal the borders down with glue, and take time to not try to complete the whole work in one sitting, it works very well. I think I have bought all of the templates from this site and some of them twice. I know they’re intended for windows, but I use them on 12” x 12” wooden boards and then display them throughout my home. Keep making new templates and I’ll keep buying them!
I bought 5 window panes that were hand poured glass in 1910. I am putting these on the glass & will make a custom frame. I'll post pictures later once done
These are beautiful but I haven't used it yet.
